5. Payment Terms

However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that are revealed during the cleaning process, including loose siding, deteriorated paint, rotted wood, cracked concrete, or failed seals.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the work area, securing pets, removing fragile or valuable items near cleaning zones, and informing us of any known hazards or sensitivities before service begins.

7. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

Huron Power Wash stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on qualifying services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 30 days of service and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

This guarantee does not cover new staining or soiling that occurs after service, damage caused by weather or third parties, or areas that were not included in the original scope of work. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

By requesting information or scheduling service with Huron Power Wash, you agree to receive SMS text messages from us related to your request or service.
